Disney Store - Disney/Kyoto Traditional Crafts Princess Umbrella Mickey Snake Pattern Umbrella

Under the supervision of Walt Disney Japan, a Tsujikura wagasa was completed that combines the traditional craftsmanship of Kyoto with the world of Disney.

Traditional Wagasa patterns (Tsukinu and Jyanome) were combined with Disney elements. The simple pattern and Mickey Mouse logo harmonize with each other and have been carefully crafted to preserve the original design.

The Hime-Wagasa is a miniature version of a Wagasa. Although it is small, it is authentically made.

Each wagasa is handcrafted using bamboo frames and washi paper. It requires precise work, but all steps are carefully carried out by a Wagasa craftsman.

Its compact size makes it suitable as both a decoration and a gift.

Includes a bamboo umbrella stand and an original Disney and Tsujikura box.
